Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa Valley — a classic Australian combination that unites power and structure. Yalumba is one of Australia's oldest family-owned wineries and has been cultivating the rich soils and warm climate of the Barossa Valley since 1849.

On the nose, the wine displays ripe plum and dark cherry from the Shiraz component, followed by typical Cabernet Sauvignon notes: blackcurrant, a hint of cedar, and green spices. On the palate, it is powerful and full-bodied, yet surprisingly smooth—the tannins are present but rounded and well-integrated. The finish is long, with dark fruit and a touch of spice.

Best served at 16–18 °C . Pairs well with grilled lamb rump, grilled beef ribs, or a hearty pot roast. Also a good choice with mature hard cheeses such as aged Cheddar.
