The "4 Gold Medaillen" from Giuseppe Giusti is an Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP from Modena, bottled in the 0.25 l Cubica bottle. It was created in honor of 400 years of family tradition and is also known as Quarto Centenario.

The Giusti vinegar manufactory lets it age for about 15 years in antique wooden barrels from the 18th and 19th centuries. It is produced only once a year, in strictly limited quantities.

In the glass, a full-bodied, dense balsamic shows with aromas of ripe fruits, tobacco, roasted coffee, and fine wood notes. Drop by drop on Parmigiano Reggiano, aged Pecorino, strawberries, or vanilla ice cream. It also pairs well with pan-fried beef.
