Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP from Giuseppe Giusti, bottled in 150 individual portions of 6 ml each. The recipe dates back to the early 20th century: must of ripe grapes and raisins meets aged wine vinegar.

Aged for over 12 years in barrique barrels, plus vinegars from centuries-old wooden barrels. In taste, sweet and sour: plum compote, red fruits, honey, and a hint of vanilla.

The portions fit in any bag, for example for a salad at the office or a picnic. Simply drizzle over the dish without opening a bottle. They refine tomatoes, Parmesan, grilled meat, or vanilla ice cream with strawberries. A glass of Lambrusco pairs well with this.
