Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP by Giuseppe Giusti, bottled in the angular 0.25 l Cubica bottle. It comes from Modena, matures for about eight years in barrique barrels, and is enriched with balsamic vinegar from centuries-old wooden barrels.

In terms of taste, sweetness and acidity are in balance. You can taste ripe fruits, along with nuances of licorice and pepper. The balsamic carries the "2 Gold Medals" award in its name.

Drizzle it raw over Parmesan, leaf salad, or ripe strawberries, or add it to braised dishes and roasted meat at the end of the cooking time. Just a few drops add a clear accent.
