Your questions, our answers

How do I get the €10?

Click “Claim voucher” above and we put the code into your cart; checkout takes €10 off from €50 merchandise value. If you scrolled past it, the button under “Our range” puts it into your cart as well.

Who can use the voucher?

Anyone who has never ordered online from us. It is valid once, for your first order in the online shop. If you have ordered from us before, checkout will not accept it.

Can I combine the voucher with other codes?

No, one discount code applies per order. The €10 apply to merchandise value from €50, not to shipping or gift cards.

What does my friend get?

Once your first order is complete, your friend receives a thank-you from us in bonus points. Nothing changes for you, you just pay less.

Is shopping here safe?

Yes. You order through the encrypted checkout, pay only once you have decided, and have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Behind the shop is Vinoscout GmbH, with its own warehouse and flagship store in Kleinmachnow near Berlin.

How do I pay?

With PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or on invoice via Klarna. The options available to you are shown at checkout.

Do I pay for shipping?

From an order value of 99 € we ship free of charge within Germany; below that, shipping costs €5.90. In any case you see the shipping costs at checkout before you buy.

Do I have to register?

No, you can also order as a guest. With a customer account, though, you collect bonus points, see your orders and find your wines again. You need no password: you sign in with a code sent by e-mail.

Voucher code directly in the shopping cart

Do you have a voucher code? You can now enter it in the shopping cart, not just at checkout. This way, you can see immediately what your order will cost in the end.

Shopping cart with „Voucher code“ field and „Redeem“ button, on the right the total with discount

In the shopping cart, where you need it. The „Voucher code“ field is located in the sidebar and on the shopping cart page. Enter the code, click „Redeem“, and the discount will be applied directly to the total.
A clear answer if it doesn't work. If a code cannot be applied, we will tell you why: minimum order value, expiration date, already redeemed, or not combinable with another code.
Code or bonus points. If you have just used bonus points, the code will replace them. Your points will be saved for you, and you can use them on your next purchase.
