Dominio Fournier is located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero , one of Spain's most demanding wine regions. At an altitude of over 800 meters, extreme temperature fluctuations between day and night shape the ripening of the grapes: slowly, evenly, with a high aromatic intensity. The soils of limestone, clay, and sand impart a mineral character to the wines, which is a recurring theme in all the blends.

The winery was founded with the clear goal of expressing Tempranillo in its most concentrated and elegant form. Vinification and aging follow a traditional, artisanal approach: selective hand-harvesting, controlled maceration, and maturation in French and American oak. The result is wines with dark fruit, fine tannins, and a finish that rewards patience.

In the glass, Dominio Fournier's wines display typical Castilian aromas: black cherry, plum, a hint of cedarwood, and dried herbs. They pair well with braised lamb, Ibérico charcuterie, or aged Manchego cheese – and continue to develop in the cellar for years.
