New Chapter Grüner Veltliner Elevated

A Grüner Veltliner with a portion of Riesling from the Austrian Weinland, balancing fruit and freshness. Lenzmark calls the line "New Chapter"; this cuvée bears the addition "Elevated".

The Weinland is Austria's large wine-growing region in the northeast, traditional terrain for Grüner Veltliner. Lenzmark cultivates the wine as organic wine. The small Riesling portion provides additional minerality and precision in the acidity.

In the glass, yellow peach, juicy apple, and a hint of lemon appear, plus fine spice notes and subtle exotic touches. On the palate, it is silky and finely structured, the acidity remains lively, and the minerality extends into the finish.

Serve at 8 to 10 °C. It goes with Wiener Schnitzel, fried fish with lemon butter, asparagus, or vegetable cuisine with fresh herbs. It also works well as an aperitif in the evening.
