Lakrids by Bülow Strawberries & Cream

Lakrids by Bülow has been producing premium licorice in small batches on the Danish island of Bornholm since 2007 – from island manufactory to internationally renowned confectionery brand.

Strawberries & Cream features soft licorice coated in white chocolate and blended with strawberry and cream flavors. The palate begins with a clear, fruity-sweet strawberry note, followed by creamy chocolate, and finally the spicy-salty licorice in the finish. Texture: soft, smooth, with a pleasant bite.

Enjoy it neat with coffee or on a dessert platter alongside mild cream cheese. A Crémant rosé or a fruity Riesling Kabinett with a touch of residual sweetness pairs well with it.
