Johan Bülow comes from a family of entrepreneurs and was always certain that he wanted to create something truly special. He dedicated his passion and all his energy to licorice, a popular Scandinavian sweet that he believed deserved more attention. He invested a great deal of time, learned the craft from the ground up, and in 2007 was able to cook, roll, and cut his very first product.
