On the nose, a direct raspberry note, fresh and concentrated, with a delicate hint of vanilla. On the palate, juicy berry fruit with a clear structure: neither syrupy nor flat, the finish fruity with a subtle sweetness and a lingering aftertaste of red fruit.

Best served well chilled at 8–10 °C — neat over ice, as a spritz with dry Prosecco or as a shot over vanilla ice cream and panna cotta.
