Crème de Framboise is a French raspberry liqueur with 18% ABV, fruit-forward, deep red, and clearly focused on the berry. De Ladoucette is primarily known for wines in the Loire Valley. This liqueur expands the house's range with a classic fruit liqueur.

It is produced traditionally by macerating raspberries in alcohol. This allows the aroma, color, and fruit sweetness to pass into the liqueur. In the glass, it glows ruby red to deep red. Ripe raspberries dominate on the nose, accompanied by subtle hints of other red berries. On the palate, fruit sweetness meets a slight acidity, which makes it feel fresh and not sticky.

Serve it well chilled or on ice. Poured over Crémant or dry white wine, it becomes an aperitif in the style of a Kir. It is also suitable over vanilla ice cream, with chocolate desserts, or as a fruity component in cocktails.
