The Corralillo Winemaker's Blend showcases the potential of Chilean Malbec: more approachable than its Argentinian counterparts, with greater freshness and a floral character rarely achieved by heavier versions. A red wine that requires no lengthy adjustment period.

Malbec has found its own unique path in Chile. The combination of Andean influence, Pacific breezes, and well-aerated soils brings a vibrancy to the grape variety, enhancing its profile: blackberry and dark cherry mingle with violet notes and a hint of cocoa in the background. The body is medium-bodied, the tannins soft and well-integrated, and the finish long with slightly spicy, earthy undertones—typical for Malbec from this hemisphere.

It pairs well with grilled beef, leg of lamb with herbs, or a hearty lentil stew. It's also a good match for hard cheeses with nutty aromas. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
