Siegfried Rheinland Dry Gin

Siegfried Rheinland Dry Gin
A dry gin from the Rhineland with a clear botanical signature: 18 botanicals , led by linden blossom as the dominant flavoring ingredient — unusual for a gin of this category.
Siegfried Rheinland Dry Gin is produced by Rheinland Distillers from Bonn, whose small distillery has been using local ingredients and precise recipes since 2016. The name refers to the Nibelung saga; the hero's homeland lies just a few kilometers away.
In the glass, a floral profile emerges: linden blossom and lavender set the tone, joined by citrus notes—fresh, but not overpowering. Thyme and angelica root contribute a spicy, slightly earthy depth, while ginger provides a warming finish. Juniper recedes into the background but remains a noticeable base.
Neat over ice, the floral notes unfold best. As a G&T with a mild tonic—such as Fever-Tree Elderflower—and a slice of lemon, the linden blossom aroma remains dominant. This gin also shines in a Negroni Blanche, together with white vermouth and Suze.
