The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP "5 Gold Medals" is the traditional bottle from Giuseppe Giusti, better known as Banda Rossa. Originally intended as a gift for the closest family members, Giusti now fills only a strictly limited quantity of it annually.

It matures for around 20 years in antique wooden barrels from the 18th and 19th centuries. This gives it density and body: aromas of plum and black cherry, plus spicy wood notes that linger for a long time.

Drizzle it drop by drop over mature Parmigiano Reggiano, vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, or fried duck breast. The small 0.1 l bottle is enough for special moments.
