The Balsamico 3 Gold Medals from Giuseppe Giusti is an Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP from the Modena region. It is made exclusively from organic must of ripe, dried grapes and wine vinegar from certified organic farming.

Giusti is considered one of the traditional houses of Modena. This vinegar is the most versatile in the collection: full-bodied, balanced, with the interplay of sweet fruit depth and round acidity that makes a good balsamic.

Drizzle it over raw foods like tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella, leaf salads, or carpaccio. It also refines braised fish, grilled vegetables, and Parmesan. Sweet, it goes well with strawberries or vanilla ice cream. 250 ml.
