Conservas Emilia comes from Santoña, a small fishing town on the Cantabrian Atlantic coast that has been known for its cannery workshops for generations. Owner Emilia runs the business with the ambition that every can reflects what makes the region special: careful selection of raw materials, artisanal processing, and a clear commitment to tradition.

The heart of the range is the Bonito del Norte, a white-fleshed tuna that is still caught by rod and line today — a method that protects the fish and at the same time ensures the delicate texture that distinguishes Bonito del Norte from industrially harvested alternatives. In addition, there are anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, which are salted after catching, matured for months, and filleted by hand. The result is an intense, yet never intrusive aroma.

The products from Conservas Emilia are suitable as a starting point for an uncomplicated tapas board as well as an ingredient in the kitchen — Bonito del Norte on toasted bread with tomato, anchovies with a dry Txakoli, or a light white wine from Galicia.

Your event tickets now arrive via QR code

Ticket email with two links and a ticket with QR code, name and "Guest 1 of 2"

For our events, you will now receive a separate ticket for every seat — with a QR code, sent directly by email after purchase. At the entrance, simply show the code on your phone, and you are in.

  • One ticket per person. If you buy three tickets, you will receive three links — 'Guest 1 of 3' to 'Guest 3 of 3'. Each link is an individual ticket. If you are arriving separately, simply forward the links to your companions.
  • By email, once paid. The 'Your tickets' email arrives automatically after payment. You can also find your tickets at any time in your customer account under 'Events'.
  • Phone or paper. The QR code works just as well from a screen as it does printed out. On the ticket page, there is a 'Print / save as PDF' button for this purpose — including the date, time, and address.
  • Invited? If we have invited you as a guest, you will receive your ticket the same way after you have accepted. The ticket will then state 'As our guest · Free admission'.
  • At the entrance. We scan the code; each ticket is valid once. If you don't have your phone, the team at the entrance can also find you by your name — so you will get in regardless.
