Vermouth Rosso Cucielo

Vermouth di Torino according to Piedmontese tradition — aromatized wine based on wormwood, yarrow and Sicilian bitter orange.

In the glass, a deep dark brown, almost like aged rum. The nose opens with caramelized orange and rhubarb, followed by dried herbs. On the palate, a warm peppery note, subtle bitterness of bitter orange, and a long, dry finish. Not a liqueur—a structured aperitif. Packaged without plastic.
