Paparuda Feteasca Regala

Feteasca Regală is Romania's most distinctive white grape variety—aromatic, light-bodied, with a unique floral note. The Paparuda line from Cramele Recaș in Banat makes exactly that: an uncomplicated everyday wine that needs no lengthy explanation.

Cramele Recaș is one of the largest and most modern wineries in Romania. Located in the Banat Plain near Timișoara, the winery cultivates over 1,000 hectares and focuses on international oenology with local grape varieties—Feteasca Regală has a firm place there.

In the glass, it displays a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with jasmine and elderflower, followed by aromas of white peach and honeydew melon. On the palate, it is light and lively, with crisp acidity and a short, clean finish—not overpowering, but present enough for an after-work drink.

Serving temperature 8–10 °C. Goes well with summer rolls, fried feta, light poultry or simply as an aperitif on the terrace.
