Lorenz & Sons White Burgundy Quality Wine Dry "Perfect Landing"

White Burgundy from Lorenz & Sons — fresh, structured and with the necessary assertiveness to stand up to even stronger dishes.

Information about the winery itself is scarce, but the name "Punktlandung" (Perfect Landing) says it all: a Pinot Blanc that knows its purpose. Pinot Blanc is one of Germany's most versatile white wines—in the right hands, it displays apple fruit, a creamy texture, and mineral depth all at once.

In the glass, the wine presents aromas of fresh apple and ripe apricot , underpinned by a subtle herbal spiciness. On the palate, it has a firm body, well-integrated extract sweetness, and lively acidity that keeps the wine in balance. The finish reveals mineral notes and a herbaceous, spicy aftertaste—not a wine that hides its light under a bushel.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C . Pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, pan-fried pike-perch, poultry in cream sauce, or a strong hard cheese. Also a solid choice as an aperitif with olives and cold cuts.

Lorenz & Sons

Lorenz & Sons – it sounds like family, and that's exactly what it is. The winery in Hackenheim on the Nahe River is run jointly by father and sons. Here, it's not the market that dictates the quality, but rather their conviction about how to create a good wine. The Nahe is one of Germany's most fascinating wine regions: diverse, distinctive, and still relatively untouched. It's the perfect place for a winery that forges its own path. Whether a fruity and vibrant Riesling or a full-bodied red – at Lorenz & Sons, you'll find conviction in every glass. What we particularly appreciate: The Lorenzs don't just make wine for connoisseurs. They extend an invitation – to wine fairs, estate festivals, and online wine tastings. Wine is meant to be experienced, not just drunk. You can taste this spirit in every bottle.
