OM Giro Blanc
Giro Blanc is an indigenous grape variety – rarely cultivated, demanding in the vineyard, but with a character that clearly distinguishes it from international varieties. Golden yellow in the glass, spicy and fresh on the nose.
Indigenous grape varieties like Giro Blanc embody exactly what Vinoscout stands for: wines with origin and character, rather than blandly mass-produced wines. The vine yields only small harvests – what requires patience in the vineyard pays off in the glass with concentrated flavor.
The nose offers aromas of ripe yellow pear, a hint of white peach, and subtle spice. On the palate, a lively acidity lends the wine freshness and length despite its richness. The finish is clean and lingering.
Serve well chilled at 10–12 °C . Pairs well with grilled fish, goat cheese, or a summery herb risotto. Also a good choice as an aperitif.
