On 75 hectares, mainly Syrah, Merlot, and the rare Tintilla de Rota – an old Andalusian grape variety that you'll hardly find anywhere else – are cultivated. The wines mature in over 450 barrels made of French and American oak: patiently, by hand, with genuine character.
