Casoni –
Distillery from Finale Emilia for over 200 years

Casoni has been distilling and blending spirits since 1814 in Finale Emilia , a small town in Emilia-Romagna between Modena and Ferrara. What began as a family distillery is today one of the oldest liqueur houses in Italy – and yet firmly in the hands of those who have passed the craft down from generation to generation.

The focus is on recipes that weren't developed for marketing brochures, but have evolved over decades: an amaro with bitter herbs and spicy depth, a vermouth with a clear structure, a bitter with the characteristic balance of sweetness and spiciness. The ingredients come from the region, and the aging process follows the rhythm of the house – not that of the market.

Those who drink Casoni don't get an interpretation of tradition, but the original. Whether neat after a meal, on the rocks, or as the base of a classic cocktail – the liqueurs from Finale Emilia need little explanation.
