Kettmeir Winery

The winery was founded in Vienna in 1919 by Giuseppe Kettmeier. Initially, the company focused on classic red and white wines, but Kettmeir expanded its offerings to include sparkling wine in the 1960s. The three vineyards are located in South Tyrol, near the cities of Bolzano and Trento and Lake Caldaro. Kettmeir has long been considered a leading wine producer in South Tyrol. The original cellar has been modernized to meet the highest standards and offers optimal conditions for the aging of wine and sparkling wine. Grape varieties used include Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc.
