Now, a younger generation of winemakers is taking the reins, demanding even higher standards. Significant investments have been made, particularly in the vineyards. In the state-of-the-art cellar, this white wine is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and bottled early to preserve its fruity freshness.
