Pagos del Moncayo

Pagos de Moncayo is located in the province of Aragon – more precisely in the Campo de Borja DO – west of Zaragoza. This is the workplace of star oenologist Pedro Aibar, who has been involved with the small, 7-hectare Pagos de Moncayo estate since 2006. Sustainability is a core principle of the winery, which earned it the Eco-ProWine certification in 2014 – the first Spanish winery to receive this distinction. This EU project promotes sustainability in viticulture. Pagos de Moncayo pursues the idea of ​​producing wine in the most traditional way possible – without excessive technology. The wines are also considered affordable examples of typical Spanish wines!
