The Italian winery was founded in 1878 by its namesake, Enrico Serafino, and is now part of the Campari Group. It is located in the Piedmont region, near the town of Canale d'Alba. Enrico Serafino owns a total of 13 hectares of vineyards, characterized by soils of clay, marl, and limestone. Geologically and climatically, the Piedmont region offers optimal conditions. The gentle hills on which the vines grow, as well as the warm daytime temperatures, ensure controlled and high-quality grape growth. Varieties such as Arneis, Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, and Cortese are cultivated here. The wines mature in the old cellar, which covers approximately 6,000 square meters, using state-of-the-art fermentation equipment – ​​a combination of innovation and tradition. Enrico Serafino produces up to 450,000 bottles of wine annually.
