Bodegas Beronia SA

Beronia was founded in 1973 by a group of friends from the Basque Country who enjoyed spending their holidays in the Rioja region. Driven by their shared love of good food and wine, they created their own gastronomic establishment, known locally in La Rioja as a "txoko." They also decided to produce their own wines to complement the local cuisine, specializing in Reservas and Gran Reservas. The winery was then acquired by the González Byass family in 1982 and began expanding into international markets. Today, Beronia is one of Spain's most prestigious wineries, both domestically and internationally, producing pure and traditional Rioja wines with their own distinct character and the signature Beronia style.
