Upon pouring, the sparkling wine\u0026#39;s effervescence becomes fine within seconds. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture and displays refined acidity and chalky minerality. All of this provides the foundation for a juicy yet firm white-fleshed and citrusy fruitiness, with hints of ginger, white pepper, and puff pastry.
