The nose brings white peach fruit and citrus zest from the Viognier, plus the salty, herbal note of the Vermentino and the full, slightly floral texture of the Fiano. On the palate, it feels fresh and supple at the same time, with a long, slightly mineral finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBest served at \u003cstrong\u003e10–12 °C\u003c\/strong\u003e — with grilled sea bass, seafood with herb butter, or a light pasta dish with clams.
