For years, the family has been working to bring out the potential of the great Campanian grape varieties – Aglianico, Fiano, Greco – without pandering to international mass tastes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e This Aglianico is aged for six months, half in barriques and half in stainless steel tanks on its lees. This creates a harmonious balance: the oak imparts notes of cocoa, tobacco, and a subtle spiciness; the tank-aged portion maintains freshness and fruitiness – mulberry, dark plum, and a hint of violet. On the palate, it reveals a ripe yet pronounced tannin structure with a long, warm finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature 17–18 °C.
