The nose opens with aromas of sour cherry, baked plum, and a hint of licorice – the fruit is ripe but not heavy. On the palate, it becomes clear why this wine is suitable for aging: rounded tannins, a fresh acidity as a counterpoint, and a long finish with spicy notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Drinking window until at least 2028.
