The Valbuena 5° is made from Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) with small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon—and, as the name suggests, matures for at least five years in the cellar: in oak barrels of various sizes and origins, as well as in the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, it displays a deep purple-red color.
