With the acquisition of the \u003cstrong\u003eLuigi Baudana\u003c\/strong\u003e winery – a small, exemplary estate in Serralunga d\u0026#39;Alba – the family also brought Baudana\u0026#39;s passion for Nascetta into their operation. Dragon is the result of this union.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the wine displays \u003cstrong\u003earomas of bergamot, white peach, and herbs\u003c\/strong\u003e – sage and a hint of fennel. The acidity is present without being sharp, the body medium-bodied with a slightly mineral, dry-bitter finish.
