On the palate, significantly more volume emerges – ripe stone fruit (pear, quince) embedded in a powerful, broad body with a firm acid structure. Smoothness and structure are perfectly balanced, and the tannins (noticeable for a white wine) are well integrated. The finish is long, spicy, and complex.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e This wine is drinkable now, but will only show its full potential in two to four years. Serving temperature: 12–14 °C.
