After careful harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented for approximately 15 days. Once the yeasts have settled, malolactic fermentation takes place. Before bottling, the wine matures for about six months in stainless steel tanks. The Tufarello Nero di Troia displays a brilliant garnet-ruby color. The nose offers intense aromas of dark berries and violets.
