The estate cultivates the clay-rich soils of the Lugana DOC south of the lake, where the indigenous Turbiana grape variety – a local variant of Trebbiano di Soave – most clearly displays its mineral character. The Riserva matures longer on the lees and in the cellar before being released.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the 2021 vintage displays a bright gold color with green reflections. The nose offers aromas of poached apricot, light peach, and a hint of pineapple, underpinned by smoky, slightly nutty notes – roasted almond, a touch of brioche. On the palate, a creamy texture is supported by a fresh, well-integrated acidity.
