To preserve the grapes\u0026#39; freshness, they are harvested in the early morning, immediately pressed at the winery, and the must is gently pre-clarified during a 24- to 48-hour cold sedimentation. This is followed by a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, lasting approximately two to three weeks. A small portion of the wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for a while on the fine lees before being blended back into the final product. It is then lightly fined and filtered before bottling. Color: brilliant straw yellow with delicate green highlights. Aroma: intense fruit bouquet with juicy notes of apples, pears, and exotic fruits, subtly underpinned by fragrant floral aromas.
