This wall also protects it from cold winds, allowing the warmth to linger in the vineyard longer in the evenings, enabling the grapes to ripen more healthily. Elegant impression; fragrant with Granny Smith apples, apple blossoms, delicate pear compote and sweet vernal grass, and notes of lemon balm; full-bodied and fruity on the palate; light and elegant, fresh with Granny Smith apple fruit, subtle pineapple notes, perceptible minerality, and a fine, lingering finish.
