The winery is now a member of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates) and counts the Steinberg among its village wines – a category that stands for typicality of the site and meticulous craftsmanship.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the 2023 vintage displays ripe peach and apricot, underpinned by citrus zest and a hint of white peach blossom. The residual sweetness is subtle – \u0026quot;off-dry\u0026quot; here means noticeable, but by no means dominant, fruitiness, balanced by lively acidity.
