Fermentation takes place under temperature control, which protects the varietal aromas.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, this is a vibrant white wine with notes of citrus peel, white peach, and a hint of dried herbs – typical of Greco Bianco from warmer climates. The acidity is fresh without being harsh, the body is medium-bodied, and the finish is spicy and dry.
