The St. Daniel site is located on warm, calcareous soils on the Eppan hill – ideal for Pinot Noir, which gains structure and depth here without losing its elegance. For the Riserva, only the best grapes are selected, and the wine is subsequently aged in wooden barrels for significantly longer than the base version.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, there are notes of sour cherry, dried walnut shell, and a hint of cinnamon, underpinned by a fine vanilla note from the barrique.
