The result is ripe fruit with surprising freshness. The wine matured for 24 months in wood.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, it smells of sandalwood, cinnamon, violets, and ripe red fruits, above all strawberry. On the palate, it is dry, with great fullness, elegant texture, and supple, enveloping tannins. Pairs with braised beef, tajarin with white truffle, or long-aged hard cheese. Serve it at \u003cstrong\u003e16 to 18 °C\u003c\/strong\u003e and decant it beforehand.
