The Gran Selezione is the crowning achievement of this work: exclusively from the best Sangiovese grapes of the estate, with the obligation for long aging that the DOCG standard prescribes for this category.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, the wine shows the classic Sangiovese signature of the zone: sour cherry, dried plum, and a hint of tobacco, underlaid by a fine herbal spice.
