The Niederberg-Helden slopes steeply down to the Moselle River — the vines must root deeply, which is reflected in the wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e The nose is initially yeasty and nutty, with a tobacco note and aromas of yellow peach and white pepper. There\u0026#39;s also a clear herbal character—sage, a hint of wild herbs. On the palate, it\u0026#39;s gripping and dense: intense minerality, a tart yet juicy structure, firm acidity without any harshness. The finish is long and grippy, returning to the white pepper notes.
