The white tea comes from the mountainous region of Yunnan – with its calcareous soils and cool altitudes – where only the first buds and leaves are harvested in spring. Gentle drying without oxidation preserves the delicate, subtle character of the leaves. The black tea from Sri Lanka rounds out the profile with a richer body.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e A bright, golden sparkle is visible in the glass. The nose is dominated by bergamot – citrusy freshness, slightly floral, with a hint of bitter orange.
