The palate is equally balanced, ripe, subtle, and velvety. Temperature-controlled fermentation lasted 7 to 14 days in stainless steel tanks and continued for a further two weeks in contact with the grape skins. The temperature never exceeded 30°C. The wine then aged for 12 months in 300-liter American oak barrels, a quarter of which were new, and for 24 months in the bottle.
