The soils of granite, slate and gneiss give the wine structure and finesse. After a short cold maceration, it is vinified in open concrete tanks, and the wine is then matured for ten to fourteen months in oak barrels and tanks.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass is deep ruby red. On the nose, blackcurrant and dark berry fruit dominate, accompanied by fine spice notes.
