The winery works with around 200 winegrowers whose vines are rooted in the volcanic porphyry and gravel soils of the Adige Valley – a terroir that gives Lagrein its characteristic depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the Rubeno shines a deep ruby ​​red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by dark berry fruits – blackberry and plum – accompanied by a distinct vanilla note from the six months of aging in large wooden barrels. On the palate, it is smoother than many Lagréins: the tannins are velvety and well-integrated, the structure is stable without any harshness, and the finish is medium-long with a light spicy note.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
