In the glass, the wine appears in a rich golden yellow. The nose opens with white peach, mirabelle, and a hint of yellow apple, underneath a subtle nut and honey note. On the palate, it appears full-bodied with lively acidity, which gives the wine tension and length. The finish is long, salty-mineral — typical for limestone terroir.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is best to serve it at \u003cstrong\u003e12–14 °C\u003c\/strong\u003e with scallops with saffron sauce, chicken in cream sauce, or an aged Comté.
