The soils consist of stony and sandy marl. Aging takes place in stainless steel vats, in barrels that previously held two wines (mainly Syrah), and for six months in the bottle. Vinsobres Les Cornuds is a wonderful Villages wine, and the 2013 vintage was a great success. A complex aroma of fresh blackberries, spring flowers, peach pit, and notes of white pepper is complemented by a fine elegance with silky tannins and refreshing acidity. Enjoy within 5-7 years.
